As a part-time customer service representative, you have an important role within the company, all while having flexibility with time.
Hours:
-
3 - 5 days per week

9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Will have flexibility to take off most holidays and school holiday weeks
Functions within the office:

Prepare quotes
-
Process changes to customer policies
-
Answer billing questions
-
Obtain needed documentation and signatures from customers
-
Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and coverages
-
Work with agent to meet goals of the agency
Requirements:

Quick learner
-
Successful track record of meeting goals
-
Self-motivated
-
Property and Casualty License
